Amanda Payan and brother Matt Payan are proud to announce the grand opening of North 5th Brewing Company, the newest Craft Brewery and taproom in the greater Las Vegas valley. The Grand Opening is scheduled for the weekend of December 10th - 12th, 2021. The limited ticket grand opening party on the 10th has sold out, but the brewery will be open for business hours starting December 11th, so plan on stopping in to see what they have to offer!
Truly a family operation, the brewery is owned and operated by siblings, Amanda and Matt Payson, and the beers are being brewed by brothers Patrick and Sam Tofte. Having transformed the warehouse of their father's former business, Elite Restoration, in North Las Vegas, the Payan's are open and ready to introduce a half a dozen craft brews to locals and visitors alike! Their website line-up includes: Imperial Stout, The Northern Hazy IPA, Flor De Mayo West Coast IPA, Metal Man Session IPA, Fiero Mexican Lager, and Sky Haven Amber Lager. We are planning our first visit to North 5th Brewing Company this Sunday and looking forward to trying out some of their unique brews. Hope to see you there!
